Adding exercise to our daily schedules can be a very daunting task. Often times, exercise feels like just another task or chore we need to fulfill in an already hectic schedule.
Break through that feel by making your exercise program part of your routine. Start small by just walking around the block each day. After about two weeks of walking around the block, you will begin to long for it, and be disappointed if you don’t get that walk in.
Once the walk is in your daily routine, you will find yourself beginning to plan for more levels of daily exercise.
